With over two decades of experience across energy, technology, financial services, oil & gas, real estate and insurance, Joe Steenbergen is the Founder & Managing Partner of Titan Harvest Capital. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Veritas Global Protection Services, Inc. (2019–present), where he directs end-to-end third-party administration across four continents—spanning product development with carrier partners, multi-state compliance and licensing, actuarial development and pricing models, dealer/agent distribution, claims operations, sales and marketing, reinsurance structures, software development, enterprise risk and financial performance, and market expansion. He also oversees all investment activities, portfolio construction, and risk management. Previously, Joe held senior operating and commercial leadership roles, including Vice President of Business Development at Sunnova Energy Corp., Vice President of Sales at Spruce Finance, and Chief Operating Officer at both RGS Energy and Syndicated Solar, where he successfully guided operations through a major acquisition. He began his career at Boeing in contracts, finance, and pricing—grounding his quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and rigorous assessment in risk discipline. A licensed investment adviser representative (Series 65), Joe holds an MBA in Information Technology from Saint Louis University; a Master of Security Analysis and Portfolio Management from Creighton University; an Executive Certificate in Negotiation from the University of Notre Dame; and a B.S. in Finance from Lindenwood University, where he earned multiple national championships in multiple sports, was named Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year and Finance Student of the Year, and was inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame.
